We offer 24x7 toll free telephone support to give you peace of mind, knowing that technical expertise is only a phone call away no matter when you need it. Customers also have access to our Technical Support Center to request assistance with configuration changes, installations, upgrades and additions to your system.


Emergency CallWorks employs a standard training methodology that utilizes both classroom and practical on-the-job training activities. All training will be conducted on site by an Emergency CallWorks subject matter consultant. Classes will provide in-depth discussion and use of the application suite and includes training for system administrators in the maintenance of system configuration and parameters. The ease and automation of on-going database maintenance and monitoring requires no prior database administration experience.
